The HSSI Tap provide 24/7 monitoring access to both sides of the network, it copies traffic at wire speed, without introducing a point of failure.
Avoid downtime in your network. Once in place it enables you to monitor the Network and move test equipment without breaking the circuit. Transparent to the network, it shows traffic in real-time as if the analyzer would be in the network.
The unit is powered through the DB26 monitor port connector, two (2) LEDs show power.

The Tap is non-intrusive for 100% security. The Permanent Network Link feature guarantees permanent network connectivity, without package loss, also at power failure. The unit is powered through the DB26 monitor interface.
Special Rack Mount brackets (optional) enable the unit to be mounted in 2 different ways, with network interface respectively the monitor side front mounted. The unit has Power LEDs on both sides.
